The temperature is finally coming down and the calendar says that it is now officially fall. You can find these leaves at any craft store, stores that sells fall decorations, or even your local dollar store.Do not purchase vines of leaves, as you will have to remove the leaves from the vine; adding more work to something that should be a simple decorating task.Once you have the leaves, fix them to your windows with small pieces of double stick tape or clear, removable, glue dots.Fall Window ClingsMany of us remember the vinyl clings that our mothers used to use to decorate the windows during the holidays. This type of decoration is still around today because it is an easy decoration to put up and take down.For those that have never seen a window cling, they are a thin piece of vinyl with a picture on it. It can be attached to any window or piece of glass you want to put it on.The great thing about the clings you can find today compared to the ones most of us had when we were kids, is that there is a lot more variety available to choose form.Fall Window Gel ClingsIn addition to having a great variety of vinyl clings today, we now have gel clings. Gel clings work the same exact way that vinyl clings do, they are just thicker and are translucent. The translucent nature of gel clings allows the light to shine through them, so they look different during the day than they do at night.Unlike vinyl clings that can have any manner of art on them, gel window clings are restricted to fall shapes only.
